This book shows my world.
A friend and painter Carole Bolsey
saw this work and said:
“These are your cave paintings with the beasts of now.”


I began working on these paintings as the 21st century began. It felt like starting a conversation with the avant-garde painters of the early 20th century. These paintings are what I’d like to show them now. This book is the first showing.

The 12”x12” book includes 21 full page digitally photographed paintings, and a conversation with curator Laura Steward. It is printed at MagCloud, San Fransisco, and designed by Bruce McIntosh.
